Simple, fluffy and light. This white cake can be filled and finished to your specifications. You may choose cream cheese icing, pastry cream, lemon cream or chocolate custard as a filling.

Finish with chocolate or vanilla buttercream icing or chocolate ganache for an additional charge—$6 additional for 8" cakes; $10 additional for 10" or 12" cakes.

Ingredients: flour, sugar, butter, free range egg whites, milk, baking powder and salt.

Please allow 2 business days for 8” cake orders. 10 inch and 12 inch cakes are not currently available due to labor shortages. Thank you for your understanding.
